Plz help me choose the right Torus Power for my Plinius ref SA amp

I’m choosing Torus Power for my Plinius reference SA, but there are lot of rumors that such products like Torus Power should be able to have several times more power output than needed by the amplifier (something about peak consumption). So will the https://www.toruspower.com/ce-rm-series/ RM16 model do the trick or it will be to weak and will effect the sound in a bad way?
