Please someone help trying to run one mic to play into two headphones

I am trying to run ONE microphone to play in to TWO headphones. This is without a mixer or any latency i bought a y splitter on the advice given to me on another forum but that just splits the signal from a microphone/headphone...

Sorry for caps but i am at my wits end as i keep getting people saying yes do such and such but turns out its for two microphones to run into one headphone which is NOT what i am asking.

Please can anyone help i am so angry lol

I agree with Al. The shure 57 and 58 don't need phantom power to run them but other mics do.You need a amplifier to run your headphones and to control the volume.a small mixer board would work.I assume you are singing into the mic so a mixer board is a must.Go to a guitar center or a  place that sells equipment for live music they will have everything you will need to make it work.  Garry
