Pioneer RT-707, buy a clean unit or a rebuilt unit ?

Depending on your location, you should be able to find a nice used one on Craigslist in the $250-$500 range. I have had several 707’s & 909’s over the years all bought via Craigslist, locally, in good working condition. The one I have now I bought about 10 years ago in excellent condition for $145.00 and is in use in my garage system with no problems so far. I do have a good tech so I can get it serviced if need be.

Thanks dill, I found a super clean one on Craigslist for $540 in San Jose, might go look at it (+/- 100 mi.). It would eliminate the e-bay $50-$100 shipping cost and chance of shipping damage. Thanks again!!
