Pioneer bdp-80fd Blu Ray

Hi, I have the chance to upgrade my blu ray player to this Pioneer bdp-80fd but I've found mixed reviews about it. It is part of the Pioneer Elite series and I read it reads SACD and DVD Audio which I own several. Although some of the cons are related to the tray and other mechanical failures it does not necessarily  mean its a bad player in general. By reading the reviews I can tell this was a blu ray that Magnolia commercialized via Best Buy so not sure whether thats a good thing or not.

I use the blu ray mainly for music, Neil Young Archives Vol 1, Pink Floyd boxes, and other titles, that have better audio quality so the quality of the video is not my main interest.
Anyone who knows the product, is it a good piece of equipment?
