pioneer 82TXS and marantz CD5001

Hi
I am considering buying a CDP ( most likely used). The likely candidates are marantz CD5001/CC4001,onix xcd-88,NAD C542/525 etc ( any of them can be obtained within $300).

I also use macbook/itunes connecting to Pioneer 82TXS receiver using spdif. Given that pioneer has a 24/192 DAC ( I think BB) built into it, will the above mentioned CDPs offer any improvement in sound using their analog outs?
