Phono preamp with headphone amp

I am thinking of buying a VPI prime scout with Ortofon MC Quintet Black S. Are there any good phono stages that also have a headphone amp?
Many people suggested spending in the 1000-1500$ range for the phono stage. My budget is not allowing me to buy an amp as well. So I was wondering if there are phono preamps in that range that also have a good headphone amp. I have focal elears that I listen to.
