Philips 795SA

Anyone bought/heard this 5 disc changer yet? In addition to SACD playback, it will also upsample red book. All this for $200. Seems to be a pretty good budget player.

Curious to see how unit compares to the 963SA and whether they use the same upsampling and DAC chips. I think the 963SA uses an AD1955 DAC chip and an AD1895 sample rate converter chip to upsample.
