First off, I am a Verity dealer and I am happy to share my thoughts.
Big changes. The tweeter is the biggest difference. There is greater extension in the highs and a greater sense of air. The bass is significantly improved as well. The speaker seems punchier and tighter with a little better dynamics. The midrange has the most similarity between both the Encore and the Ovation, but the resolution and clarity seem to be improved. That might be more of a function of the new tweeter.
