Parasound HCA-500 amp

I am in need of a faceplate for a Parasound HCA-500 amp. Does anyone have a suggestion where I could purchase one of these?

I would call Tony at Parasound CS and see if maybe, they have some spare parts sitting around (but I doubt it). Next best source is EBay. Try to find one for sale cheap (or maybe here on Audiogon?).
