Parasound Halo JC1 problem

Could someone tell me what these are circled in the photo? I was listing to music at low volumes and turned the volume up and at that instant I heard a pop and flash from my amp and then smoke. It appears that the whole row of these parts exploded! What are they for? Just wondering if I can have my local Tech put some new ones in and avoid the $2000 dollars Parasound wants to repair it. Don’t really think it’s worth that to fix.
