Paradigm Monitor 9 V2, $400?

Someone is selling his paradigm monitor 9 v2 for $400. Is that a good deal? Not sure about the difference between the V2 and the latest V5.

I have a pair of old polk monitor 7 (more than 20 years old), still running good. I am thinking of using them as surround if I get the paradigm monitor 9. Any suggestion?

The owner is willing to lower the price to $350, makes it a better deal. I am gonna check them out, although it's about 2 hours drive :)

If they are in good condition, it is a better than average deal.
