Paradigm Monitor 7 V1 + PW2200 Sub VS Tannoy Precision 6.2

Greetings!  Many years ago, I had to sell my HiFi system, including my Audible Illusions tube preamp and my beloved Paradigm Studio 20 V3's.  I now have my kids through college and I'm finally reconstructing a solid budget system.  Components are together except some better speakers.  I'm not finding my Studio 20's anywhere for sale, but locally I've found the following two good options:

1) Mint condition Paradigm Monitor 7 v1 Towers PLUS a matching mint PW2200 sub.  $700 for both

2) Mint Tannoy Precision 6.2 towers in high gloss walnut.  Also $700

I'm not setting up for home theater, as my passion is 2-channel stereo through my Marantz CD/SACD and Fluance RT85 turntable, and soon a Cambridge streamer.

I haven't yet listened to either, but I'm quite certain that the Tannoys will give me the imaging and soundstage most comparable to my Studio 20's?  But the Paradigm Monitor 7's plus that very nice sub might perform well?

Anyone have good advice?  Thank you so much in advance!.
