Pairing Spatial Audio X-5's with ADG Audion Mono Blocks

I'm anxiously awaiting delivery of my Spatial Audio X-5 Speakers in about two weeks.  Has anyone paired them with the ADG Audion Mono Blocks?

My only concern, having not heard the ADG's, is that the X-5's are so revealing I might not like what is directly up-stream.  Probably a silly worry having read the comments here and the reviews?  But change is difficult!

@jjss49 u are correct about the tweeter.  Some songs reveal their harshness which is clearly getting better with break in.  I am now about 270 hours in on my Spatial X5s.  Looking forward to the sound I anticipate around 500 hours.  Nevertheless, right now they are tremedous transducers that throw a very pleasing sonic soundscape....

I am approaching 450 hours of "break-in" time and "liquid" is a very good way to describe the sound!

The Bass is just recently reaching levels above and beyond what I have experienced with any other speaker.  Clear, tight and expressive, the decay from a plucked string is wonderful!

The Mids are in fact, liquid.  Beautiful reproduction of the human voice.

And the Highs are stunning with every note clear and never smeared.  Guitar pieces by the likes of Mike Bloomfield and Roy Buchanan show their genius.

I am very happy with the pairing.

Be patient with the X5s.  It took close to 150 hours to start getting recognizable open baffle bass and midrange liquidity.  I am very pleased with them but patience is required.  I have used the Voyager GAN 350 wpc class D amp and now have the Don Sachs 65 wpc tube amp driving the Spatials.  They throw a lovely soundscape.

i have agd audions and m3 sapphires - very nice combo but yes, you had better have an ultra clean ultra pure feed from upstream

i would agree that spatial's new tweeters do not tolerate anything less than the sweetest feed
