Owners manual or help for a Sanui TU-S9

just picked up one of these and need to know how to use the direct set button for input in the the numbers of the radio stations. cannot find a manual, checked ebay, checked all the links for manuals on the fmtunerinfo site, have also posted to numerous boards to no avail.
