Oritek X-1 as phonocable ?

Hi,
I used the X-1 as a phono cable (I now use the X-2) and it worked beautifully. Prior to the X-1, I was using Kijmber's $600 cable; I felt that the X-1 was just as good, if not better than the Kimber. Of course, YMMV.

Did Ori make this up for you? Anyhow, I want to mention that the X-2's are absolutely incredible(I would liken them to Koetsu cartridges-in that they have captured something about music that exceeds most other components.).
