Origin Live - Counterweight Update

Has anyone else purchased the updated counterweight for the silver (and silver taper)? I have one - the major difference from the original counterweight is that the hole for the tonearm is not round, but has a little bit of oblong shape on one side. The lock screw is directly opposite this oblong indentation.

My counterweight didn't come with installation instructions, and OL is on vacation for 10 days. I would have expected that the slight oblong portion of the hole is on top, so that the weight hangs down lower. But if that were the case, you'd have to tighten the weight from the bottom side of the tonearm, and that can't be right. Can any body set me straight?
