Oppo HA-1 and Peachtree Decco65

Has anyone had an opportunity to hear both? I'm looking for something for a second room / headphone and computer system. I've been very impressed with the Peachtree integrateds every time I've heard them but have no experience with the headphone and DAC alone. The new Oppo is also a pretty compelling option.
