Opinions on the new Shunyata Black Mamba CX

How is the bass in the Black Mamba CX (or the Python CX)?

In reference to this quote above:
'My friend commented that when used on his Aleph 3, that it was like "someone turned up the volume and added bass".'

Is that meant as a good thing?
