Opinion on Target CD's

I was wondering what the general concensus is of the audio quality of Target CD's? Worth pursuing?

I see these listed on ebay and they seem to be desirable per ebay standards. They are marketed as original run CD's out of West Germany implying superior sound quality.

Is this forum really THAT far behind that target CDs need to be defined? Jeez...

I wasn't ridiculing you at all acman. I just find it unbelievable that people on a music forum on an audiophile website are clueless about nearly 30 year old target CDs. It's like members of a car enthusiast forum not knowing what a Ferrari is. My first response was kind of a wink towards the op since the very first response was obviously talking about Target the department store.
