ONIX EL34W - tube bias adjustment

Please advise on how to make bias adjustment on this integrated amplifier. The manusl does not provide instruction of how to. Bias pods on right and left sides of the integrated amplifier. The adjustments screws are easily accessible and on marking on top of area where bias adjustments are located is 2V. Bias pods are marked positive and negative, with two adjustment screws on each side of the integrated amplifier.
