I have to admit since the advent of steraming I am constantly listening to new stuff now. Before, I made so many costly mistakes by having to buy a CD or record just so you could listen to something new because The Gramophone magazine raved about it just to find it was the equivalent of a wasp's nest inside your head. Now I can trawl vast catalogues of music all day long if I want to (I'm retired now and got all the time in the world).
