In business but do not care about previous customers. Your O4HD is toast since Olive has no spare parts for these units. I bought mine in 2012 and 14 months later the MB fried and Olive would not repair it but they sure tried to sell me one of their One units at a $75 discount. FU Olive.

I have a Olive 4HD Music Server here that is frozen up and not functioning correctly.
