Old Vandy 1C vs. new one with ceramic tweeter?

Hi,

I was wondering how the older Vandersteen 1C compared to the new one with the ceramic coated tweeter.

Also, is there a huge difference between the new 1C and the new 2CE sig.II's other than bass? I like the idea of having a speaker that will fit in a smaller room if need be, plus one that's more efficient. How much would I be giving up with the 1C's?
