Old Falcon digital vs New Falcon digital

I just recently purchased and setup a Berkeley Alpha USB converter feeding a Audio Research DAC8. I am using Audioquest’s Diamond USB to the Berkeley and an old Audioquest Falcon AES cable to feed the DAC8. This Falcon AES cable was my old Mark Levenson cable. They have not made it for many years. The blend is the best computer feed have heard in my system. My question is does the new green with aluminum connectors Audioquest Falcon cable sound the same? I need a different format so I can compare things. A Falcon BNC cable would be good but I don’t want to buy it if it is a different cable sound. Has anybody compared the old Falcon to the new Falcon cable?
