Odyssey Kismet Reference series.

To anyone who has listened extensively to the Odyssey Kismet Reference series of amps, etc - how does the sound fair in comparison to a regular Stratos or the like?

Kismet monos received a few weeks ago.

Hooked up, powered on, playing source for 2 weeks, huge difference with two weeks.

Sound signature is night and day, from day one until now.

better every few days, bass, midrange, always different every other day,
no bass, too much bass, midrange sloppy, perfect, etc etc,...... it’s nice to hear such a difference.

amps are amazing, service is amazing, knowing the owner is amazing, knowing the amps inside and out!

I’m stunned by the audio of these monos!
   Another 3-4 weeks, I’ll b in heaven!

 Awesome!!!!

build is amazing, parts are top tier, top cover opened, parts, are all first class, caps, toroid, sanken, and all board items are top tier high quality!

happy!!

Yes, after a 15 year wait or something like that, maybe longer, I purchased a old pair of stratos, which I did use for a while, the modded Vega D-9s’ did drain the amps quickly,  called Klaus, and said I’m ready, and he drove to my home after an audio show one evening, I paid, and we loaded the AMPs in his SUV,......

A WHILE LATER, we spoke, they were ready, we met almost halfway, helped me load amps in our car. Plugged in,  test cd, played for about 2 weeks, after that, I would sit and listen, and decided to listen every 5 or so days.
After about playing program for 8- 10 weeks,
amps sounded great. I’m happy w them.
Took me a long time to afford these amps, and I’m so happy with them.
Or a fanboy, just a customer enjoying good music.
