Not sure where to post my question so I put it here RE: RCA Input switcher...

Trying to find a switch for 2 RCA inputs to output into 1 pair of speakers.

I'm having a hard time finding a switch box to accept 2 inputs from separate amps which allow them to be played through 1 pair of speakers. I have a really nice 2CH fully analog tube setup for music, and use the same main speakers as front mains in a 5.1 A/V setup for home theatre. Because of logistics/space/spouse approval etc. it is a PITA to switch speaker cables depending on the preference of inputs. Any help on a source for a simple 2 RCA line level input x 1 speaker level output switcher?

Be sure to add a pair of 100-150ohm 10W resistor on tube amp side speakers connectors to keep the tube amp permanently loaded and not degrade performance much.

Excellent recommendation by imhififan, I have experience using many of the Niles products and they always function well. Guess I'm somewhat curious as to why you talk about switching speaker cables and ask about a line level (RCA) switcher? Do you have an A/V receiver with preouts? Assuming the 2 channel is preamp and amp, does the preamp have a HT bypass input or just an unused input? Trying to think about an alternate solution. Listing your components would be most helpful.
