North Creek Music - George Short

Hi all, I just signed up today. Many years ago I bought a lot of systems from George Short. At the time he had a company called North Creek Music in Old Forge NY. Last time I talked to him he was recovering from a bout of cancer. I never build any of the 7 systems I got from him as i had fallen off a scaffold and was in medical trouble myself. My I am retired and planning to finish up these speakers.I am an avid woodworker and got his plans for his designs. My questions is does anyone know what happen to George?? I am planning to get involved with this blog as it seems so cool to read from people who like to build there own equipment. Any info is greatly appreciated.
