Thank you.

An update to my former post:

On my quest to find the best sound possible for my system I found that MIT Oracle 2.1 are as good as Wireworld Platinum.
Slightly different flavour, but both let the music through in the most uncoloured way I have heard so far.

MIT are little bit better at giving individual instruments their full acoustic sound.
Platinum on the other hand are the only one of these that occasionally make me turn off the music because I think I hear something at a distance outside the house.
But mostly I'm mistaken.
It's a matter of low frequency resolution where Platinum are better than Oracle 2.1
Spooky realism...
curious how well WW Platinum can do compared to Stealth Dream V10. Platinum has slightly higher MSRP

Sorry to chime in late, but though I’d contribute since I just compared these two.

While I have not tried Valhalla 2, I did recently move from Valhalla 1s to Wireworld Platinum Eclipse 8 in 3 places: 1) Phono Preamp (CI Audio PEQ1> Levinson Ref 32 (RCA) 2) Auralic Vega G2.2 > Levinson Ref 32 (XLR) and 3) Levinson Ref 32 > Levinson 532 Amp ( (XLR).

In my system the Valhalla was good: clear and transparent but a bit dry and lean.

In each application the Platinum Eclipse 8 brought out more detail, more transparency and blacker backgrounds. In short, much more you are there rather than you are listening to a good stereo.

YMMV.

I've been very pleased with my WW Silver Eclipse.  Never heard the Platinum, and probably shouldn't!  :)

@gganaway I agree with your assessment of the Valhalla completely. I had Valhalla at one point, and I noticed the same thing.
