Noise heard in left channel - Onkyo TX-8270 - Where is the problem?

Hi all,

I am new here, as I am new in audio systems. I have just purchased a system formed by an Onkyo Tx-8270 amplifier (https://eu.onkyo.com/es-ES/c/tx-8270/p/156513) and a pair of KEF LS50 speakers (https://uk.kef.com/products/ls50-black). I am testing them while waiting for the turntable to come, and I noticed that with one song the speaker on the left channel makes noise (the right one sounds soft). I have tried the following:

1. I have tried switching speakers and switching cables, and it is the left channel, whichever speaker and whichever cable it has plugged in, that makes noise.
2. I have tried connecting the speakers to the "speaker B" entries of the amplifier, and I can still hear noise coming out of the speaker connected to the left channel.

The song that I am playing is "To the Unknown Man", from the "Nocturne" album by Vangelis. I am playing it through Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/track/4YxQ8ZCZ83Qbit0DyqnlFF. I am setting the volume up to 80% in the amplifier, which I know is quite high, but the right channel handles it well. I hear the noise in the first 25 seconds.

I would very much appreciate any ideas of why this is happening. If anyone can try that song and let me know if they have similar issues that would be great (it could be a problem of the song I imagine?). I can still return the amplifier if necessary.

I just listened to this track played from Tidal in my listening room using my main system: custom audio PC, Yggdrasil DAC, all-tube preamp and Odyssey Stratos feeding a pair of ProAc D30Rs. I was not able to detect anything like noise.

Since it happens after some time that seems to eliminate the speakers. This can very well be caused by the amp, but I'd say it's more likely the DAC messing up (clock falling apart after some time, some other bug caused by something blowing). Test the DAC by swapping the channels from the DAC output and see the noise stays on the left. If it moves over to the right you know it's the DAC since I really doubt a digital transport or a PC would do this.
