Nobsound Amp EL 34 Safety question

There is no safety CE logo on the back of this amp ( Model # NS 02D )
and I am wondering because of this omission, does this mean it could be unsafe ?
I did some limited research regarding this and found that some of these units do have the CE logo but some do not.
Would you be concerned?

Don't leave it running without a certain amount of vigilance. I don't care where it's made or whether it has a sticker or not.
