No sound from Bluesound Vault2

Checked all connections, rebooted app, etc., all to no avail. I emailed Bluesound, but haven’t heard back in several days. I could get sound on the two remote Bluesound Sound bars in other rooms ( before my internet was down due to recent storms), but not on my main system. Any suggestions will have to wait until I have internet. Thanks in advance for any help.
Reboot router/node to renew handshake.
Does it look like it's playing but analog & digital outs are dead?
Check volume on app.
Swap cables. Just because they are connected doesn't mean they are passing signal.
Clear data in app and reconnect.
