NHT superzero XU or superone XU in 7.1 set up

I am setting up a home theater and have 7 NHT superzero XU speakers and 2 superone XU speakers. The system I am setting up is a 7.1 system. I am debating whether to use all 7 superzeros, or use a superone as the center channel or two superones as the main l/r speakers. I will use the set up for both movies and music. Will I be able to tell any difference or will any of these setups sound about the same?

Any thoughts would be helpful. By the way, I am using an SVS pb10 sub for the system. The room is about 18 by 13 feet with a fairly low ceiling.
