new processor and lossless

I have been using an Atlantic Technology processor and no complaints at all. I decided to go with something a bit more high end to get a bit better musicality. I purchased a Parasound Halo C2 processor and the sound quality is definatly better. The problem is when listening to lossless from my computer I now have no LFE where I did have it with my AT pro. I do have spdif inputs (3) and the other 2 work fine with lfe, just not the computer. Any ideas why or what I might do.I called Parasound and not much help there.
