New NAD vs old NAD - worth the upgrade?

depends what you are looking for in doing the upgrade... form factor? convenience? sound quality? reliability? features?

i would not call going from an old nad integrated to a new one with same power ratings and feature set an upgrade

they are still well built budget amps that sound fairly decent for the money
