neotech 3002 speaker cable terminator question

I was looking at the Neotech 3002 speaker cables for the intent of rolling my own and I was wondering if anyone has any idea on where to get the cap that separates the individual channel cables apart?

I've also been assuming that the braided copper shielding gets soldered to this metal cap. Feel free to chime in and let me know if otherwise.
