Need help for B&W 801 Anniversary Edition Woofer D

I have a pair of B&W 801 Anniversary Edition. After we moved speakers, one base unit made distortion and if I touched the woofer cone, then sound is okay. Now if I stop the music and rub the cone, then I hear some noise. Is there anybody who experienced such issue? Any advice for repair?
