BAX (at least in my area) will not PICK UP at a residence, but they will deliver to a residence. If you can take them to where you work, BAX will pick them up there. I just shipped a pair of Magnepan MGIIIs that way to Canada, for just under 200.00. Of course, they are still held up in customs on the Canadian side (Duty, taxes, broker fees) after two weeks. Two days to the border, two weeks in customs. No fault of BAX's though. BAX is very good with folow up and communication as well.
Need help finding a relaible/reasonable shipper
Happy New Year to all my fellow A'goners. I need to find a reliable shipping company to ship my Soliloquy 6.5s door to door residential. BAX claims they do not do residential. Only businesses. These speakers are monsters (59"x20"x15", 150 lbs. each boxed) and would prefer these be strapped down to a pallet for shipping. Any recommendations for a good, reasonably priced shipper to take these to California from Colorado?
