need balanced pre with HTBP for around $1k used

Hi all. Been away for a while and want to get my system up and running again. I run a server to a berkely dac to some ancient rowland monos to some audio physics scorpios.
The system is a bit dated to be sure but right now I just want to get it running again.
The 2ch system is integrated into the home theater set up to keep the family happy. I'd like to find a 2ch pre with balanced in and out that has a HT bypass setting. In the past I have used a JRDG Capri and was quite happy with it. I will keep my eyes peeled for one to pop up but in  the mean time I thought that I would solicit suggestions from the group on other units that would suit my needs.
