Need advice on upgrading stero system

I am looking for advice on upgrading my current system which when I purchased the system in 1995 some equipment was considered state of the art but I need to move more into the digital realm, update my preamp, and add a good DAC/Streamer. System includes SOTA Sapphire turntable, Bryston 3B Power Amp, Magna Dynalab Tuner, Cambridge Audio Azur 640C CD Player, and Aperion speaker towers. My old preamp was the New York Audio Minuet in A hybrid tube preamp but appears to be no longer working with the Bryston as everytime it connected to the Brystem the volume level is only at max and could blow my speakers. It was repaired 2 times but no fix, Anyway, So here's what I'm looking to to:
* Replace the Minuet with another tube hybrid preamp with a good phono stage for $800 or less. Would also consider a tube hybrid preamp with no phono stage and purchase a seperate tube phono stage.
* Purchasing a new DAC/Streamer that is MQA rendered for $500 or less.
* Purchase a new CD player for $500 or less.
I am planning on sending my SOTA Sapphire back to SOTA for refurbishing as it has not been used for 10 years while I was out of the country. Plan on keeping the Bryston 3B also. Any advice would be welcome but I am on a limited budget as you can see.

I mostly stream music with it's unlimited choices of music at your finger tip, so I would vote for DAC/Streamer. The sound is not up to par with analogue, but it's getting better with high resolution streaming offered by sites like Amazon, and others - google search for them and you will find a few.

It all depends on weather you prefer to taste new music at your finger tips (streaming) or you if you have a huge collection of vinyl records and enjoy playing them every half an hour - I prefer not having to do that with digital. As you know, a good analogue sound on a good TT betters digital streaming although high resolution comes very close to it, so it's all what you prefer.

Ask your self on not others on this one, if you ask me...
