Need a receiver or processor for Dolby Atmos hdmi 2.1...which one would you get under $700

Hi I need a new receiver or processor for Dolby atmos playback and Hdmi 2.1. Which is the most powerful and best sounding for under $800 old or new. Here is a pic of my integrated amp for 2 channel. Desiring to connect these my front speakers through receiver. Its a 160 watt at 8ohm and 300 at 4 ohm. Thanks.
