My experiences were also negative. The unit has a poor quality USB-C power supply, and the tip broke free from mine. I have sent four emails to the company asking for a replacement power supply, and have received only auto-generated emails blaming Covid-19. This is so completely unacceptable. I think I have become the owner of a very expensive paperweight. If you are considering purchasing products from this company, please see these and other comments.
Nativ Audio Streamer
Wanted to share my experience with Nativ Audio. I wanted to plunge into the digital streaming world and really like the looks of their product. Around the first of April they were offering $500.00 off so I decided to take the plunge. Now thinking the product was in stock I awaited the delivery of the unit. A couple weeks go by and I email Nativ. They tell me they are having problems with the supplier and it should ship out in a week or so. A couple more weeks go by and no product. Another email to them and they say they are having to find another source to produce these but it should be here in a couple weeks. More time goes by and nothing happens. Long story short It took 2 months to get a refund and thank god I paid using paypal. Just a heads up for anyone considering their product.
