I have and RE-10 in my storage unit. It is a 2-channel 100 watt receiver. Not nearly as good as the STASIS receivers by Nak, but has a nice warm sound. I owned the MB-8 cdp years ago. Pretty nice cd changer with that same warm sound as the amp. Can't help you with the manuals and yes they both had remotes. Just add speakers...
