NAD M50

Anyone have any experience with NAD? Bought the M50 and can't find enough information to set it up properly. Manual not adequate. I found no phone number nor adequate support forum on their website which is a big turn off. So far it is a brick in my set up.

Can't mount NAS server over Ethernet. Frustrating? Am waiting for a response to my email. Any suggestions?
