NAD M27 or Parasound A31, which will sound better?

I would like to replace my Home Theater amplifier around Xmas time and I'm considering these two amps. Budget is $3500 at max. This will be replacing my 20 year Yamaha DSP A1 which I still think to this date, sounds very good.
Currently, I only have 3 front speakers L,C,R. Martin logan Motion 40, and Motion 30 center @ 4 ohms each. I will though, add later on ceiling surrounds, but not anytime soon. So I only need a 3 channel amplifier for now. I have 3 active (250w) subs. One 10" and two 2 dual 6 1/2" that will handle the lower frequencies. This new amp will be paired with NAD M17v2 Pre/Pro. That's one reason for my interest in the matching M27. It also has 7 channels for when I add the surrounds later on. The Parasound A31 has only 3 channels, but I like the looks and I wouldn't mind getting a 5 channel amp for the surrounds later. The A31 has more power (250w), VS (180w) for the M27.
This will be use 50/50 (music/movies). I mostly stream from Amazon Music now HD and Prime Video, but also use a 4k player to watch movies.
I have not listened to these amps, nor have I ever owned the same brand. So I don't know what they sound like. Ex. Warm, neutral or bright. Parasound is class A/AB against M27 class D new Hypex nCore amplification.
Comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated. I will like opinions on these amps or any other 3 channel amplifier. I prefer 3 channels for the fronts. There are many options for 2 channel amps. But I do not like to listen in stereo anymore. I Prefer multi channels or Enhanced Stereo. Could consider hybrid tube 3 channel if there are any.

Thanks!

Edit:

I've owned the NAD, and though I think the NAD is a good buy at that price point, with the speakers you have you could use more current delivery than the NAD provides at 4 ohms and below.
