NAD M27 or M28

I have several questions as I am looking to purchase one of them.

1. Has the M27 been a reliable amplifier so far?
2. I have used Parasound Halo amps. Do the NAD's compare favorably?
3. Is the Purifi module a significant improvement over the Hypex NCore?
4. ETA on the M28?
