My Samsung DLP buzzes why?

I have samsung pedestal tv. I have it connected to a Monster cable htfs 1000 power conditioner. The power conditioner and tv both are quite noisy when hooked into one another. The buzz dissapears once the tv is disconnected from the conditioner on both the tv and conditioner. I cant see it being a ground loop anywhere because everything ends up going to one ground, my Monster cable avs2000 voltage stabilizer. Any comments on this would be appreciated.
