My experience with Kinki warranty


I wish anybody who has this integrated luck as the after sales support is complete garbage. Been waiting months to get a board so that I can fix a stuck volume control. Today I was hung up on by the rep from Kinki when I complained about not getting the board and then they tried to ask for all of the same info I had given months ago. Todd over at tek audio specialties is the person who is supposed to be in charge of US warranties but seems to lack any customer support skills.

Has anyone else had problems getting support on Kinki products?

I ended up going through Kinki directly and they were very helpful and are sending the part today. This took months to get to this point. Todd was completely in the wrong here and I am sick of dealing with people who have no tact and attack when confronted with a simple question. 
 

 

I have kinki amp. Nothing but great communication.  Not sure why you didn't go to them in the first place.  Didn't you buy it direct?  I did.

I think the people in and around KINKI are really the best when it comes to customer service. Todd is a very patient and GREAT repair technician and has always been very patient and kind with me when I had a product repair/fix issue. (I had problems with a DAC transport and everybody in the Kinki /Jays audio system were just spectacular in their help and support. I screwed up an op amp upgrade on the Kinki EXM + 1 and Todd was just wonderful in his responsiveness and help fixing the problem. 

I like the KInki integrated and all of my friends who hear it want to buy it from me.

I am sorry you are having problems with the amp. 

 

What you describe has not been my experience.
