Music Machine

I think we’d all be happier if we regarded our rig as a music machine that can magically capture all the world’s music.

Gummies

Both self confessed to being in their 70s…..could the last two guys be two of the original Gummi Bears?

@rvpiano

World music per se

Yes l agree with you implicitly. Why limit yourself to one type of music.

It’s a bit like railway tunnel visioning if you don’t open up to new ideas. I always wonder where the term…’record player’ went in the States…..these have now turned into ‘turntables’. Turntables were for turning trains in the 1800s onwards. Does anyone in the USA call their vinyl engines record players anymore?

@immatthewj  to get the joke you need to read again the two earlier posts l refered to and then Google Gummi Bears.

@secretguy

What a sad thread…..l don’t feel the need for anything to enjoy music.

l think you need ears as the minimum requirement. LoL

It’s only as good, bad or sad as the contributors make it (myself included as l’m always looking for a laugh)

The OP @rvpiano  has made a serious comment on what gets him off on his music journey/path, and suggests not being afraid to take other routes through the forest…..

But keep a look out for any “Gummi Bears!’’
