I think that some of them can be done yourself after a trip to the rubber store.You can get some lengths of rubber cheaply that are quite thick,cut them to size and using a special rubber glue(Loctite)glue them into rings which will fit around your platter and/or motor which I have done.I think there is less vibration.Try it and see.
