MoFi UltraDeck/StudioDeck: How accurate was your cartridge alignment out of the box?

Hi. I was just curious what the experience has been with MoFi turntable owners, how accurate is the cartridge alignment and overhang out of the box? Are adjustments necessary/recommended? Did you find that you needed to adjust the alignment?
